Yealink T27P not registering on my 3cx system anymore

please, i just reset my T27P yealink phone.

At first before reset, it registered fine, now it won't register anymore.

I noticed this with some other phone, not registering too.

Could it be something recently wrong with the 3cx free standard license?

or I'm i doing something wrong?

Please some one help me , its urgent.

please elaborate on the procedure you are following. You reset the phone, provision it but doesn't register? Is the phone local or remote?
