Yealink T28 and T38 multiple calls

On Yealink T28 and T38 with 3CX Version 12 SP2 Standard extension 100 is the operator. How does the operator answer a second inbound call while the first is talking with the operator? The phones have the ability to have six "lines". I have "I want to be able to answer more than 1 call at the same time -use phone" checked.

Obviously they would have to put the first call on hold, then take the second, unless you added a second receptionist.

Yes, but we do not see any inbound call on this phone. Is there a way to do additional "line"?

If we go direct to extension100 and not a ring group, it shows up as a second call. Works now.
