Hi,

I'm just setting up a new system using T28's with the latest firmware - 2.3.0.30. On previous setups, configuring BLF was easy - just enter the ext number and off it goes. I'm not sure if the problem is a 3CX issue or a phone issue.

The new firmware setup looks like this:

Key Type Mode Line Extension Pickup Number
Line Key1 BLF Line1 100 *20*

The mode is greyed out for the BLF option. With this setting, the light on the phone does not light up at any point - however, pressing the button will dial that extension number. Even when it dials the extension, the light does not come on.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
Cheers.

Hi,
We are also having this issue, with Yealink T28P running firmware 2.41.0.60 and 3cx version 8.0.9532.

BLF's initially work, but over time they simply stop working and show incorrect status.

We are a bit reluctant to downgrade the firmware on the Yealink's. Has anyone resolved the issue with 2.41.0.60 and 3CX v8?

There seem to be new firmware releases available:

Does anyone know the included new enhancements for these?
