Yealink T28 DSS Keys not showing BLF's

I have a Yealink T28 Firmware version 2.51.0.10. The BLF's are set up for the phones extension in 3CX but the phone displays its own extension for every key. I have also attempted to manually configure them in the phones web interface but it still only shows its own extension. The only other phones I have on the system are polycom ip 550's and they pick them up from 3CX with no issue. Any ideas on why the Yealink is not pulling them up?

DSS buttons are the set of ten buttons at the right side of the phones. the status of those buttons are not shown on the phone display.

You could try a factory reset of the phone and try and set the BLFs again.

I have a T28 at my desk and BLFs work when set through the Web interface on the phone. The phone runs as a remote extension so it is not setup through provisioning.
