Yealink T28 Firmware Upgrade

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to upgrade a T28 current firmware version is 2.61.23.15 (I think was a UK version) to the current 2.70. I have read something about doing something with the .cfg file but cannot figure out what to do. We are having some issues with the current firmware (blind transfers) and am pretty confident it is because of the firmware. I am hoping to get specific instructions, would be helpful.

The current version of firmware from Yealink is 2.70.0.140 but 2.70.0.103 is the latest compatible firmware listed at

Does any one know when we should expect compatibility with later firmware?
