Yealink T28 speaker phone echo

Has anyone had the issue of Echo and sounding distant on the Yealink T28 phones with 3CX? I'm pretty sure it's a phone issue. When I'm not on speakerphone it's perfectly fine. Any suggestions?

try turning the volume down. I use T28's all the time and have not heard of the issue. are you using the 60.110 release of firmware.
