Hi,


I have this issue, that may yealink phone that rings every time I drop the call.

Scenario
I have setup a 3cx in my house.
I have a yealink phone in my office that is using my 3cx home extension
when someone called in my house the yealink phone will ring after the conversation
i hang up the call but it stills ring.

Does the 3CX log give you any explanation of why the phone is ringing? It's not to do with Voicemail audible notification is it?

Sounds like a sip signaling issue? What is calling the phone? Is it a sip trunk, internal call or a pstn gateway?
