We have some strange issue with Yealink T42S that I hope someone could help me with
Running the latest supported Firmware 66.86.0.5 and 18.0 Update 8
The phone shows "No Service". We did a factory reset. On the 3CX we can see "Provisioning file for MAC XXXXXXXX of user XXXX requested by XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX was successfully generated"
On the phone screen we can see the BLFs that were configured for this extension. But still "No Service"
When we try to login to the web interface it would not accept password that is set under Phone Provisioning - Authentication and also not the default admin admin.
When we remove this phone from 3CX and then Factory Reset it allows to login with Admin/Admin.
We also tried to remove the phone from this extension and then add again and then factory restart the phone, but same problem.
Other T42Ss in the same office / same switch work ok
Any ideas ? I guess something is wrong with the credentials in the provisioning file, but I'm not sure why its happening and what can be done about it
