Yealink T42s phones flashing red indicator

We have just finished a 70 phone install using yealink T42S phones. We are running the latest version of 3cx.

The problem is that the flashing red light that flashes when you have voice mail does not go out. The user checks their voice mail and when they hang up the light is still flashing telling them that they have new voice mail when they have none.

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem.

You can change the function of the red light within the console, select the phone under the extension and scroll down
