We have a single Yealink T46 that shows "No Service" when reprovisioned/rebooted, the phone still can make and received calls and shows registered. If we factory reset the phone it loads correctly and shows the name correctly and not "No Service".

Yealink T46: 28.81.0.110
3CX v 15.5.5

Any ideas would be great.

Thanks,
David

Hi dcourtney,

Is there anything different about this particular phone to the others that you have working onsite ? Is it running the same firmware ? is it located remotely via SBC or STUN where the others are local ?

Commonly this status is when the phone acquires and IP address but either there is no account information or the wrong account information which makes the registration fail. For this situation, please refer to : http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=169

Try resetting and re-provisioning the phone. can you login to the GUI of the phone itself (using "admin" and the password found under the extension - provisioning - "Phone Web Page Password") and check the Account information and status. What does it say ? And does it match what 3CX is expecting to see in the extension ?

I would also check your phones page in 3CX - is that phone normal or is it displaying in red ?
