Solved Yealink T46G register fails

Hello,

I`m trying to provision a Yealing T46G offsite, so no VPN. With VPN and no SBC it works fine. Provisions and registers
I installed the firmware update to 28.83.0 and added the provisioning link to the auto provision menu. The phone provisions even though I selected T46U in the 3cx management console since G variant is not listed.
The problem is even though the phone provisions and under Account I am able to see extension and server info correctly, it will not Register.
I tried changing the transport. disabling SSL/SecureSIP Transport and Ciphers, and everything else i could find but still Register Failes every time.

Please help.

John may have already solved this for you but, anytime I have remote phone issues, I check blacklisted IP addresses.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I can`t believe I didn`t think of the blacklist... in any case we decided to wait for update 6 when they say the phones will be supported.
I was able to provision them via VPN for now. John`s suggestion didn`t help fyi
