Yealink T46G without status on icon and BLF

I work with 3CX 15.5.5 Pro and several Yealink T46g (28.81.0.61). After provisioning them with 3cx, BLF are populate but impossible to get status of them. On each devices, BLF buttons or icons of these devices are always green even if status change on other devices.

It is very stange because 3cx client show status of every devices very well.

Is there a solution to show these status ?

When you say the BLF's do not change with status you mean if an extension is away or DND? Do the blf keys change when an extension is on call or ringing?

Yes, exactly. On all T46G, I only get information if other devices are on call (color of icon and button pass from green to red . But no information if other devices are DND or Dot not disturb or Not Present.... In 3cx client (android and windows) these info are perfectly showed.

I can see if my colleagues are on the phone but I can't see if they aren't present. So it is possible to transfert a call to colleague that isn't available in company... and this call will be lost.

The behaviour you are experiencing is the correct one. The blf keys on an IP phone do not get updated when an extension status is changed, they only change when the phone is busy.
The 3CX client gets those updates through the presence information which is not applicable for IP phones.

Very frustrating not to see that a colleague has set the DND status on his device and therefore to pass a call to him thinking that he is present.

Everything is there to make it possible: icon changed, BLF button in red. Maybe in future update...
