Yealink T46S, custom logo deploy

I've got 3CX enterprise set up with custom templates to provision my T46S fleet of phones.

3CX is running on digital ocean and I have an SBC on-site for provisioning the phones.

I set up a custom template in order to deploy ldap search for CID. I'm attempting to upload a custom logo via the phone provisioning tab, but the option is greyed out and there seems to be no documentation around how to properly use this feature.

Do I need to upload the logo somewhere else in the system before I am able to select the custom logo from the drop down list?

What edition are you running, custom logos are in enterprise only

Yes, doesn't work with that one either. I tried manually editing the "disabled" to "enabled" on the property of the input box as well. I'm able to browse for the file then but when attempting to hit OK it throws an error saying something like "upload is not allowed"

Do you have your image file in the format and dimensions mentioned on the provisioning page?

As far as I am aware you just need to use the upload button on an already created extension to add the custom wallpaper.

When I hover on the drop down or upload button, the mouse cursor is a red circle with a slash through it and the elements on the page are not clickable.

My hunch is that this upload function is disabled on Linux installs for some reason.

It should work because I have end-users with a Ent version running on Debian.
Please check you License in 3CX and press "Refresh License Key Information" to re-activate your key.

Refreshing the license key info worked.

After I installed the key and couldn't access the option, I even did a full reboot on the Debian instance but it didn't have any impact. Thanks!

Any update? I'm seeing the same thing, it's a cloud Debian install with a SBC, I have another Debian install that is working fine, but that one is local, no SBC.

Just noticed, on the Dashboard it says professional, but under settings License it says enterprise, and the key is enterprise.

I ended up doing a second reboot after applying the license and it started working.

I restarted all services and the licensing edition now matches and I can upload an image.
I can understand why I couldn't load the image when it thought it was a Pro edition, but I don't know how it got that way. weird.
