Yealink T46S not connecting to pi5 SBC

hi

I followed all the installation instructions on the 3cx website for the sbc but no mater what i do to the phone it will not connect. the phone just says no service. plz help i spent a good amount of $ on it

Please provide the steps you used. And where/how did you install the SBC?

i got a yealink T46S sip phone and a pi 5 as the SBC. i tried many time to try and get it to work but no luck.

1. Is the SBC displayed under Admin / Voice & Chat and is it green?
2. When provisioning the phone, was provisioning with Connect via SBC / router phone and this SBC selected?
3. Is the IP phone on the same network as the SBC?
4. Has the phone already been reset to factory settings?
5. Does the IP phone have the latest firmware supported by 3CX (this should be 66.86.0.15)?
6. Finally, if the 3CX provisioning string is entered manually in the IP phone, does the phone provision itself?
