Solved Yealink T46S phone cutting ext and name

Does any one know what setting is causing this? The extension is 204 and it cuts it to 04 same with the full name.

is it on one single phone? all T46S model? all the phones connected to pbx?

Actually we upgraded the firmware and that took care of the problem. Weird.
