yealink t48s cannot reset phone

I hold the ok key for 10 seconds then it asks me to enter the admin password tried admin/admin and admin/the serial number of phone nothing is working. downloaded the rom file and tried over tftp and I am getting an error from the phone no file found. This found used on be on ringcentral, anyone know what the password might be or how to reset it so i can use on 3cx?

Hello,

It looks like your phone was previously configured with a restriction that prevents factory reset.

3CX does not impose such a restriction, so you will have to contact Ringcentral to give you the code, and also ask them to remove the MAC from their RPS (to prevent reprovisioning of the restrictions).

I'm afraid I don't know any other method than that. If you cannot contact ringcentral, you might be able to get help directly from Yealink Support.
