Hi everyone,
We're facing an issue with Yealink T53 and T54W phones acting as router phones.
For several of our customers, these phones randomly go out of service without any clear reason, which also makes the slave phones (connected to them) stop working.
A simple reboot brings the phone back online, but users often take some time to notice that their telephony is down. Usually, the phone freezes first and then stops responding to any input before becoming unreachable.
According to a 3CX support ticket, this could happen if the phonebook is too large, especially when combined with a CRM integration ; but that’s not the case for the affected setups.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a permanent solution?
Thanks in advance for your help!
