My battles with Yealink handsets and 3CX continue. Progress is being made
AIUI Yealink phones support the broadcom style share line appearance protocol. I'd like to use this, in preference to a hunt group, for a support line type scenario. This is to allow for (a) BLF on the support line status and (b) prevent the possibility of ring-group calls being routed to an individual's voice mail/being inadvertently forwarded to an external number etc.
