Yealink T54W ext console loses the buttons assigned

Hello, I keep losing the buttons assigned to the Yealink T54W ext console randomly. I assign the buttons on the ext console via the handset GUI. The handset buttons are assigned via 3CX user BLF. Why is this happening? is there something that I'm doing wrong when it comes to assigning the buttons? can the ext console buttons be assigned from 3CX user BLF?

Anything you program on the phone itself will be overwritten by 3CX on next provision. You can program the ext console from the 3CX management console - I think the 54W has 27 BLFs, so in the 3CX console BLF #28 is BLF #1 on the ext console.
