Yealink T54W firmware 96.86.100.5 problems

Hello everyone,

from one my customer I have a 3cx V18 build 7 and updating the phones yealink T54W I took the firmware 96.86.100.5 which creates problems when I start the call from the app via web .

Yesterday I made a new 3cx from another customer and it proposed the firmware 96.86.0.74 with this firmware everything works fine .



Can someone give me explanations to this fw 100.5?

Hi,

Version 96.86.100.5 was problematic and therefore invalid. We pulled it very quickly but unfortunately some customers still got it.

The correct version as of this moment is 96.86.0.74 (even though the version appears lower) and this is the version you should have on your phones.

I updated the phones to the previous version 96.86.0.74 and they automatically recovered the 100.5 version ,now I tried to do a reset and it seems that they keep the version. can anyone confirm this for me?

Est-ce qu'il existe un délai de résolution de ce problème avec le firmware 96.86.100.5 ?
Ou devons-nous envisager de remettre l'ancien firmware sur l'ensemble des téléphones concernés ?

Version 96.86.100.5 is not a valid version - please contact 3CX support directly to get help removing it from your system if needed.

The correct version is only 98.86.0.74
