I have used 3CX for more than a year now with different phones and Apps but I am facing a problem with Yealink.
My customer bought Yealink T54W and T57W . I am trying to set them up. I can see that it provisions and everything goes smooth but the T54W dose not register.
The T57W reciters though, but even for that one I can see a warning for firmware : 96.86.0.75 Not supported. ( both phones running same version of firmware )The one suggested on the website is lower version than this one but Yealink will not let me downgrade to that one . What are my option here ?

Are you adding these as router phones?

For the one in 3CX you can just upgrade from 3CX.

No not router phones - ( I am not making any changes just hot desking directly from 3CX - add phone option)

From 3CX I can not downgrade the firmware can I ?

Is this on your Version 18 or Version 20 PBX?

The firmware versions that should be used on Version 18 can be found here. Version 20 firmware can be found here.

You need to ensure that you are on the proper firmware before provisioning a device. From that point on the PBX will automatically download any newer firmware and you can then apply the firmware to your devices at your convenience.

On some firmware versions Yealink does not allow you to downgrade firmware. Once you go to that version you're stuck with it.
