Hi, I'm unable to provision my Yealink SIP-T54W.
  • 3CX SMB Free 10
  • 18.0 Update 9 (Build 20)
  • Firmware 96.86.25.3
Was able to provision now using a different IP address. However Says Account Unregistered in the Warnings tab on my Yealink. In my Yealink interface it says registration failed for the status.

Put the phone on the 3cx supported firmware and you will be all set. Firmware listed above is not correct.

Tried to manually update it to T5XW-96.86.0.76.rom but keep saying firmware failed.

It gives you a Software Limit error there, try to factory reset first and if the issue persist you will need to contact Yealink.

I've tried doing a factory reset a few times with my residential IP address which seems banned now. Assuming this is from overprovisioning. Then I tried my hotspot with a new IP address and was able to provision it again. However I can't downgrade the Yealink firmware from 96.86.25.3 to 3CX supported firmware which is 96.86.0.76. Reach out to Yealink? Because I keep getting a Software limit error. And will my residential IP be restored after 24 hours from 3CX blacklisting?

Yes the ip will be allowed after 24 hours, but for the downgrade issue you need to contact Yealink.

I was able to get the phone working by flashing the T54W recovery files to the original firmware. Then updated using the supported 3CX firmware and it's working now. Can't provision still with my residential IP but hasn't been 24 hours yet. Thanks for the support. Could close thread.

Glad to assist ;)
