I have recently purchased a Yealink T58 from eBay which has firmware 58.86.0.160 running on it.
The phone works perfectly, provisioned no problem, however, the 3CX dashboard is claiming that it's "unsupported firmware" and is telling me to upgrade it. When I attempt to upgrade it removes all customisation, BLF stops working and I can no longer make calls until I delete the handset and re-provision it fresh.
Is there any way to remove the unsupported firmware notification? Or add the firmware version to the supported list?
Thanks
Rob
