I have a new T58A Teams phone that I'm having trouble provisioning.
The newest listed firmware for this phone on Yealink's site is 58.15.0.85.
3CX says the newest and correct firmware is 58.83.0.25.
3CX will not provision using pnp.
I entered the provisioning URL in to the web console of the phone and AutoProvision at least adds the phone to the phones page on the 3CX console.
When I try to assign an extension to that phone, nothing changes in 3CX. The phone is listed in the extensions phone list. The phone is still listed in bold as NEW on the phones page.
The phone displays "Failed to download firmware".
Why are the firmware versions not in the same range?
What am I doing wrong here?
Meant to mention. 3CX Debian v. 16.0.4.493
