I'm seeing this in the logs at a site with a number of T20 phones:
--Unknown variable '%%logo%%' in template yealink.ph.xml at position 31975

Hello @dandenson

What PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.
Also what firmware version are the phones running ?

GCE hosted, 15.5.15502.6 ie 'current'.

Phones are on 9.73.0.60 which I updated to within the PBX.

Seeing the same - SP6

exactly the same message.

@3CXDude, is this on T20 or a different model? I'm not seeing this on T41, T42, T46, T48 phones.

This site only has T20P & T21P_E2 models and its the only site we have with them too.

This happens because the T20 doesn't support the logo provisioning - it's not supported by the phone.
I have the same and just ignore it...

Upon further investigation this is caused because these phones lack the log feature set in the template. You can safely ignore the error until a template update is released that resolves the issue.

Maybe a bug in the template because the parameter lcd_logo.url = is not applicable to SIP-T20P IP phones.

Yep, very possible, and I think it will be fixed in next version.;)

It's not causing us any pain, so that's fine with me

Post #8 by YiannisH_3CX is the definitive answer to this and several other threads on the matter.

Might be worth someone marking this as solved so that others can find it.
