Yealink W52 different ringtones with internal or external calls.

Hi,

We have got problems with a Yealink W52.
We cannot get different ringtones with internal or external calls.

Does anyone have tips that we can use?

Yes, it's about a Yealink W52 which is linked to our 3CX solution via an SBC.

We can adjust the ring tones in the handset, but this ring tone will work directly for internal and external. Therefore we cannot activate different ringtones on the W52 handset

The DECT phones do not have this feature.

Here is the menu on a deskphone for comparison. This is missing on the DECT base, so it is not possible to configure it
