Yealink W52P and W52H

I agree, probably it's a very stupid question.

I need to use 4 cordless phones like this one with 3cx, and I need to configure them as 4 different extensions.
Do I need to order #4 W52P, or just #1 W52P and #3 W52H?

You need the following

1 off Yealink W52P IP DECT Phone (SIP-W52P). This consists of the dect base station and one handset
3 off Yealink W52H Additional Handset (SIP-W52H). This is just the handset, which you will register with the base station.
