Yealink W56H "Invalidating the status"

Hi we have a Yealink W60B Base and W56H handset that's provisioned through 3CX cloud. We are in a position where we cannot provision using SBC and are doing this manually.

Adding the provisioning link from the DECT settings using STUN and this pulls the config onto the base. The handset then pulls the config for the selected extension.

The handset cannot make any calls. The line shows as invaliding the status.

Calling internally and externally shows as line forbidden.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please note we do not support STUN on Hosted by 3CX.

Your options are to either install an SBC or use the mobile apps since you need a wireless phone.
