Yealink W70 - v16

We are trying to add the above phone to our system and have been able to do so by adding it as an older model, but this means that we are missing out on features.

is there a way for this to be added to our system?

Hello,

You need to upgrade to V18. Support for the W70 had not yet arrived in V16, so not sure if using the wrong model template might omit / push any settings that might cause trouble.

Thanks, we are looking to upgrade to v18, but as part of a project. I will let my service know about this
