Dear friends.
I have a customer with one W73H handset linked to a W70B base station. No other handsets or Voip devices on the network.
I have tried adding the W70B using auto provision link and also manually as an IP phone and on both occassions they will not register.
I downloaded the SBC software and temporarily installed it on the customers laptop and it did the trick and everything registered, but this is not an ideal situation. The customer cannot keep his laptop on all the time.
I would have thought with one single extension, there should be no need for an SBC. Is there any other way to configure the W70B to register without the SBC.
Someone has mentioned STUN but I didnt think that worked anymore.
The W70B has the latest firmware version 146.85.0.40 installed.and the instance of 3CX is Version 20.0 Update 4 (Build 487 Release)
Has anyone come across this before and what is the best solution without an SBC.
Kind regards,
