Yealink W73 via T53W router phone

Has anyone had issues with setting up a W73 behind a T53W router phone.
The handset can make calls, but unable to receive when the extension is dialed directly.

We have with t54w which is very similar. No issues. Multiple locations with similar setup.

Factory reset the dect base and handsets. Someone probably messed up the line assignments within the DECT base.

Some of them allow you to pick and choose which of the available extensions to assign on a given handset, separately for inbound and outbound calls. Factory resetting will automatically put it back to the default one handset per one extension mode.

Im thinking it must be the local environment. I had the same issue at the same location with another handset (another T53w) which the first t53w (with inbuilt sbc) picked up. So i provisioned it through the console and that has the exact same symptoms. Calls out but does not receive.
