End user has all Yealink WH62 headsets and uses the webclient. Headsets and system are up to date Browsers are up to date.
This does not happen to all 30+ PC's but on a lot of them, the headsets seem to lose registration and the microphone doesn't work unless they reboot or uninstall/reinstall.
Web-Client is set up to integrate with Yealink WH62, and PC sound settings are set that way as well. Yet often no audio or not found. Notifications are enabled.

Has any one had trouble with Yealink headsets like this before and if so how did you fix it?

We also use the Yealink WH62 headsets (5 users) and all have had issues on the web clients with Windows 11 that require the headset dock to be removed and plugged back into the computer to resolve.

No issues existed before Windows 10
Web-Client is set up and integrated with Yealink WH62, with notifications enabled.
Seems like it just drops from working but headset is connected and can receive audio from other sources, just not 3cx.

Hi V1MB
Have you figured out any resolution at all?

did you asked Yealink support?

I mainly have been working with my headset distributor as they are an authorized support by Yealink. It has been a while. My end user just keeps resetting as needed. I should contact them again to see about any reslution

I am trying to submit a ticket directly with Yealink support as I do have an account but their support system makes it very hard to submit a ticket. I am not finding any way to do that

I have not found a reolution and I meant we had no issues at all with Windows 10 but as soon as we moved to Windows 11 all users are having the exact same issue.

Unplugging the USB for the headset base seems to be the quickest resolution and we have not contacted Yeahlink but will submit

I don't know if it matters or not but I did update my headset to firmware 104.435.0.35 from 104.435.0.28. Does anyone have or recognize the .28 firmware? The reason I ask is that it is not listed on the Yealink support site. 104.435.0.25 goes to .5 but .28 is not on their firmware downloads.
