Yealink WH62 issue on mac

Hi everyone,

i updated yesterday to 18.0 Build 955 (update 4)
i noticed a problem with my yealink WH62 headset

My config :

3CX Desktop App. V 18.9.921. on Mac OS

there is an error when i select Yealink on the Headset integration
Error invoking remote method 'yealink': ReferenceError: Cannot access 'log' before initialization

any clue ?

Could be a permissions thing. Check access for the program.

i gave full access to the hard drive to the 3cx desktop app to check and rebooted but didn't change anything

What about for the Yealink software?

i don't like this version but anyway i'll stick to it until there is a fix for the desktop version

Try installing the PWA version again from the web client.

Same here i have the same issue with the desktop Mac Software and the Yealink USB Connect. - Webclient is working, but i don´t like it either :/ -

Does the headset work with Teams? It may be best to submit a ticket to Yealink.
