Yealink whb62

hey,

So we saw that the yealink whb62's now integrate into 3cx if you have the latest version, we've stil bought one.......Cant get mine to answer the phone at all, is there something i should be configuring?

Are you trying to use them on the 3CX Webclient, or did you connect them to a Yealink desk phone?

In this case make sure you select it in the Speaker and Microphone (and optionally in Ringer too)

Then also enable integration below.

Where it says headset integration its says none and is then greyed out with no option to select. Any idea why it doesn't give me the drop down box?

Have you a IP Phone connected in this extension ? You need to change to Desktop App use for get this settings available.

Yes,

1. click on the top and make sure "Browser" is selected first



2. Also make sure you are visiting the webclient from the HTTPS link (not plain HTTP)

ie. https://mycompany.3cx.co.uk:5001/webclient

3. Make sure in Chrome you have granted permissions to the site to the site for Microphone

Yes all is correct but its still greyed out, there must be some other setting somewhere stopping it

You need to check this settings through the chrome extension settings (dialer) that why it's greyed out.

Do you still have chrome extension installed ? That maybe why all is greyed out but on V18 the webclient not using it.

"Browser Extension" is not the same as "Browser" as @MidiTélécom pointed out earlier.

Do you still have the old Browser Extension from V16 installed? It kinda looks that way

ahhh this is it!!! thank you....not had chance to try it however i've managed to get the drop down box now

It should be fine now then!

By the way, in V18 we released a new Windows Desktop App which replaces the old Browser Extension.

Feel free to give it a go, it's like having your webclient inside of an app!
