New installation of 3cx, latest version. A couple of Yealink T48G phones (new). Have done factory resets on both. Both have latest firmware. Provisioned both. Go to the ip address of the phones, entering in ip of browser or clicking phone gui link in 3cx, throws the following messages:
1) Bad credentials (SSL) and
2) You are not authorized to access the web interface. Please contact your support team or try again 6 minutes later. HTTP 403.
Cleared cache on two browsers, same issue.
I've temporarily set the security settings in 3cx to attempt to circumvent the problem, with no success.
The phone itself can make and receive calls.
What is the problem, and how can this be solved?
Thanks!
