question will the Yeastar TDM800 card work with the 3cx free edtion. if so how do you set it up in the appplication.

No it wont. There are no Windows drivers for the Yeastar cards. The only PCI cards that will currently work are Sangoma cards that are supported by Sangoma's Netborder Express.

There is no standard for Windows drivers for TDM cards. Just because they have a driver doesn't mean squat since there is no industry standard for how to communicate with the card. I really don't want to see 3CX have to try to deal with every card out there. It needs more than a driver for 3CX to talk to it, Sangoma does this with their Netborder Express software which talks to the card and provides a SIP trunk that 3CX can talk to.

Please do not use Yeastar products, we had lot of bad experience and we have lost lots of money. Their service is very bad most of praise of product is their internal marketing techniques...

Their products is cheap and saves money initially ... but thats all... nothing works after that. The staff who can understnad little bit of English dont want to know your problems other than more orders and the staff who dont know english just dont want to work. So you end up loosing time, money and even business.
