Yelling T23G Fw. Version Not Supported

We are setting up a new installation Pro Edition on version 15.0.0

The Yellink T23G phones arrived with Firmware version 44.80.0.130. After provisioning was completed and the phone were operational, we noticed under the Phones tab, that 3CX was reporting that the version was not supported. We installed the latest, firmware on one phone, (version 44.81.0.110), re-provisioned the phone, and 3CX still reports the phone not supported.

Can anyone assist?

Kindly note that the 3CX supported firmware for the Yealink T23G is 44.81.0.61

On the 3cx website it says 44.81.0.60

On Yealink website 44.81.0.61 is not available, not 44.81.0.60.

We have set the test phone to factory default and then upgraded the firmware to 44.81.0.60

We still get the message under the Phones tab that 44.81.0.60 is not supported.
