im running 16.0.2.107 app.

When im on a call and I get a notification from anything else including 3CX chats it interrupts the call. Has this been addressed in new release?

What do you mean "interrupts"? Disconnecting? Losing audio?

the iOS notification sound over the top of the call, lowers the call audio whilst it's playing the tweeter.

So it's not the standard iOS behavior? I mean, while I'm listening music or watching a movie, when I'm receiving a notification the iOS lowers the music/movie volume to let me hear the notification sound. In case of call, even more, it's similar with call-waiting sound - to let you know something happened.

Ok i've just done some testing just now and if im in the 3CX app on a call I get no notification sounds.

If I answer a call from phone been locked and get a notification (chat or other) then I get a notification sound and its pretty annoying when in a call and youre part of a group chat.

Also, in the 3CX app - If I have "play chat notification" set to none I still get notified.

Im on iPhone 11, 13.4.1 on the latest build of 3CX for Debiab.

@kieferschild The TestFlight client is handling totally different notifications (that's why it requires V16 SP5+) so please try it instead of the AppStore's one, then post your feedback and we will check - only keep in mind, what you may consider to be a bug, other people might consider to be a feature, and viceversa.

In TestFlight application, if you tap 3CX, there is a blue link-style button named "Send Beta Feedback" - this will allow Apple to send your feedback anonymously to our TestFlight program.
