Well well, the below SFTP services are not supported:

1. Amazon S3 buckets
2. AWS Transfer for SFTP managed service
3. MS Azure Blob Storage

That is mentioned in the guide

Without knowing Amazons platform too well, the error is mentioning a billing issue. That would be an Amazon side error.
