Your 3CX Debian OS failed to update

HI,
when we tried to upgrade 3cx v16 to 18, it logged out to login page, after login, show a error in log as "Your 3CX Debian OS failed to update"

Can anyone advice us on this?

If you cannot resolve the issue on your own, we recommend contacting a 3CX partner who can provide assistance with the system update.
