Just in the process of moving on premise to hosted and get the above message.

It's been 20+ mins so far - how long should one wait?

it's not started restoring the backup either.

Also is you key, Trial or Pro or Enterprise in order to be able to host with 3cx ?

@kieferschild as per our private conversation and after identifying the cause of the issue on Debian side, all was fixed 10 min after so I am closing this Thread.
