Zendesk Client Side integration, any updates?

hello guys,

We see that you have deprecated zendesk client side integration for some reason and the docs are not available.

Is it dead and will not update any time soon? Or you will be combining it with the server side integration like you have mentioned before?

Is there anyone can help us to integrate it now ‘client side creating tickets...etc’ ?

We are about to buy the 3CX license and need to make sure this is possible before we proceed.

The client side integration with Zendesk is deprecated. We're focusing on adding the missing features to the server side integration, and we're going to include all the missing features (call journaling creating ticket, automatic contact creation) in v16, which will be released quite soon.
