zoho pop-up on edge

Hi one of my clients reported that zoho pop-up on edge, not Chrom for received calls.

3CX : Logged in on Chrome
zoho : Logged in on Chrome
default browser of Windows: Chrome

Were can I advise them to check so that let the chrome pop-up, not edge?

Hello @HiroNikuyama,

Is the Web Client running on the Edge browser? The popup is launched as a new browser tab, if the Web Client is running on Edge then the popup will be launched on Edge.

Maybe you have the Edge extension enabled?

Sorry just one point was different.

3CX : Logged in on Chrome
zoho : Logged in on Chrome
default browser of Windows: Edge.

Their poly does not allow default browsers other than Edge.

In this case;
Is it still possible to have Chrome to pop-up for receiving calls?
or
Does zoho/3CX integration support Edge?

The integration just launches the Contact URL. It's the operating system who decides which app will handle this. If you configure Edge as the default browser, then it will be Edge who handles this. The only way to fix this is changing the default browser.

Thank you, by the way, I couldn't find an official statement that 3CX web client supports Edge. If there is, could you kindly let me know the url?
