For SAC it was imperative to find a new alternative to the organization’s on-premise Mitel®* and Telkom®* PBX.

They needed a solution that could offer a robust unified communications (UC) portfolio, but also one that could be installed and deployed easily without any downtime.

3CX fit the bill! In SAC’s line of work, speed is of the utmost importance. Fortunately, 3CX partner Creditel Business Solutions was able to install and deploy the organization’s new system in just a few hours, creating no downtime in the process. Due to its easy-to-use interface, employees required no added time to learn or train on the new system.

Upon deployment, 3CX took over management and maintenance of SAC’s 107 IP Yealink T21P E2 and T29G phones and 64 lines across all locations.
