    My own silly fault. I updated to the Service Pack today and now the 3CXPhone is stuck in an update loop. From looking at the files in the folder and the files in the temp folder it creates they appear to be the same, so either the detection mechanism is faulty or there is something else wrong...

  6. Will not launch

    Have you got C++ Runtime 2015 installed? We pushed out the client via SCCM and were confused when it didn't run, ours didn't do anything. Eventually tracked it down to the runtime not having been installed. It is possibly the difference between Windows 7 and 10 but can't be definite about that.
