    I didn't open the firewall reports on one of my sites, to see if it would affect anyone. After a few days, remote users didn't get any audio. opening the ports resolved this.

    I turned off the voicemail beep and changed to a custom template. The beeping seems to have been resolved.

    Is there anyway to pick a different provisioning template? after a phone have been provisioned? The reprovising and reboot hasn't fixed the repeated voicemail beep from the yealink handset.

    I do have a repeating tone happening, which I think is related to the phones having Voicemails, never use to constantly beep. seems to be doing it every 10-15mins, hoping re-provisioning and rebooting the phones have fixed this.

    Thanks for your reply, all phones are on the local network. All phones could be reprovision before upgrading to 3CX v15.5 Update 2, although I also upgraded to the latest firmware of the phone before installing 3CX v15.5 Update 2. So not sure if its a yealink firmware issue or a 3cx issue.
