    I have a 3CX that has a valid license until July 2027. I click "swich to hosted" and get the screen below. I only see a way to add more years onto the 3cx license, not add hosting, what am I missing?

    Aloha, V20 update 2, hosted by 3CX. How do you control what happens to a call when it enters a queue and there are no agents logged in? I don't see an option for that in 3cx, now the calls just hangs up - it doesn't follow the no answer forwarding. Mahalo! -Matt

    Not an answer to your problem but, are the 2+ trunk coming from the same carrier? Do you have some magic to load balance a single DID between multiple carriers?

    I don't do any SMB, if you can't find a backup, there probably isn't one. Are you having latency issues? I would stick with what you have and if the trial is a success & they sign a contract, then redo everything. Just my $0.02

    Mahalo, we will do that. It wasn't obvious that you can have multiple prefixes.
