    Thanks all for the replies. Maybe I am confusing two things here .. I saw the ability to change the conferencing extension but maybe this is not considered as a "system extension" like 777 and 888 are which is causing the issue for me. I'll file this under Ideas when I get enough points.

    As we are moving from a different PABX to 3CX, we naturally have existing extensions that conflict with 3CX's system extensions. In our case, 3 extensions (700, 777 and 888) are conflicting.
