    Thanks for clearing that up, I was asking the wrong question. Then is there a way to configure the softphobe 3CX client and my Yealink devices to display the format (xxx) xxx-xxxx? This is the format that the cellular carriers and even Google Voice shows when calls are received.

    We noticed with Google Push, that all the Caller ID info is not passed. Only the phone number. Is there any other PUSH clients out there that actually pass the NAME and NUMBER? We noticed that if the phone is awake, and the PUSH is not needed, all the Caller ID info passes just fine. Thanks...
