    Fresh new install with V20 4SC Pro license and have a situation where I have configured Inbound/Outbound call routing. If someone calls in, it hits Ring Group 80 for 2 extensions. You go pick up the call and it hangs it up, but then it rings the phones again, go to pick up and hangs up again...

    That is correct. I tried logging in with the email address and then the extension #, but told me incorrect credentials. Tried to do a password reset and gave the standard, if that email is registered on the system you will receive a password reset email. I have not received any such emails...

  13. v20 update 4 - FXO gateway

    How did you create the configuration file to import into the Patton gateway? There is a wizard I attempted to use, but it fails on the Save process and does not create the file needed.

    Well changed out the license, deleted V20 and rolled V18 on a local windows machine and voila it was a breeze to get working.
